G3 Goldfields Inc. was officially spun out in July 2026 as part of G Mining Ventures Corp.‘s (GMIN) roughly C$3 billion acquisition of G2 Goldfields Inc. The spin-out transferred G2’s earlier-stage exploration assets in Guyana—including the Puruni, Tiger Creek, Peters Mine, and Property B projects—into the newly independent exploration company.
The Company has also just closed an initial C$1.6 million private placement with this issue of 4 million shares at C$0.40 each.
